Ringmaster, an app that positions the mind as a circus and helps young people manage anxiety amid the noise and spectacle of their brains.

The home page displays figures and offers a link to a daily article, talk, or podcast with the option to view more. A collapsible tab menu extends up from the bottom for navigation.

Nighttime notes carry over to the following day to sustain/reinforce positive thoughts.

Mood data collected from check-ins prompt suggestions and feedback from the app.These suggestions can be customized based on the user’s personal strategies.

Journaling can be done with either keyboard, audio, or talk to-text input. Past entries are available to review or reference.

The to-be list is structured similarly to the IOS alarm system, intuitive, and already familiar to users. Here they can shuffle list items based on priority.

Users can reference their levels over a given period of time for insight, on their own or with a therapist.

While the app is not primarily a sleep or exercise management tool, it does keep track of sleep, steps and screen time to help users in recognizing patterns.
